Eric Stromberg

Eric Stromberg is a Partner at Terrain. He is also the Founder and a Board Member of Check, a payroll infrastructure platform that processes more than $15 billion annually.

Previously, Eric has made venture and/or personal investments in early-stage companies like Flock Safety, Bridge (acquired by Stripe), Figma, Plaid, Check, and Homebase.

Prior to founding Terrain, Eric served as Founder and Managing Partner of Bedrock. He was also the CEO of Oyster, which was named one of TechCrunch’s Best Apps of the Year and later acquired by Google.

Eric is originally from Bethesda, MD and received his BA from Duke University.
